Experience

I would love to support you in living a more happy and fulfilling life, and to resolve pain caused by past experiences. Through my years of teaching experience with both children and adults and my Arts Psychotherapy degree, I have gained a lot of insight into how our subconscious patterns can hold us back. In the past few years, I have been working with adults in private practice, as a school counsellor and as emergency counsellor after the floods.

Focus

I have a strong interest in supporting those living with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety and more. Through the help of art, we will work on strengthening the self, increasing self-confidence, finding peace and forgiveness within ourselves and supporting healthy relationships. I am offering sessions for adults of all ages as well as children, and no art experience is needed. I provide arts therapy and psychotherapy services throughout Byron Shire including Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach, Billinudgel, Byron Bay and Lennox Head. Online sessions are also available for those who cannot attend in person.
